Josh is a sports injury specialist with a BSc (Hons) in Sports Rehabilitation and a passion for endurance athletes. A 2:54 marathoner, Ironman finisher, and Great Britain age-group triathlete, he combines personal experience with professional expertise.

He has worked in private clinics and with professional teams including Bury FC, Bolton FC, and Warrington Wolves, managing everything from acute injuries to post-surgical rehab. Josh focuses not just on recovery, but on prevention—helping athletes stay strong, reduce re-injury risk, and perform at their best

Anna Thomsen MA

Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist

Anna is a qualified Level 4 Sports Massage Therapist and a Leader in Running Fitness with England Athletics, offering professional, tailored treatments to support performance, recovery, and injury prevention.

As an active runner and cyclist, she understands the physical demands that consistent training and competition place on the body. Combining hands-on clinical knowledge with real-world athletic experience, Anna focuses on relieving muscular tension, improving mobility, and helping clients stay injury-free. Her goal is to help every client move better, recover faster, and perform at their best.

Mark Allen

Level 4 Massage Therapist

Mark qualified as a sports massage therapist in 2018, and has worked with world boxing champions, olympic athletes, and national-level competitors in a wide variety of sports. 

He has extensive experience treating patients from a variety of backgrounds, and has a growing interest working with sufferers of chronic conditions such as Fibromyalgia, Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and Parkinson’s Disease. His youngest patient was 13 and his oldest was 78, and he regularly works with construction workers, office professionals, university students, and just about everyone else in between.

Mark also taught sports massage therapy at a vocational training facility in Ashford, passing on his skills, knowledge and experience to the next generation of therapists. He is a keen long distance runner, and loves to spend time with his family.

Harshan is a qualified Sports therapist having qualified with a Masters in Sports Therapy as well as an undergraduate degree in Sport and Exercise Science Bsc (Hons). She has work experience with injury assessment and massage with dancers from London Studio Centre and has volunteered at events including the London Marathon providing Sports Massage.

She wants to provide services that not only help take clients pain away but to provide treatment and education on prevention of injuries so clients remain healthy and injury free. Harshan also competes in Trampolining numerous regional competitions as well as taking part in professional dance exams. Therefore, she has a real understanding of the competitive sporting world and the challenges injuries can pose not only for this area of sport but in everyday living.
